The process
HOW THERAPY AT BLOOM WORKS

Simply reach out to initiate the process. I'll send over some intake forms for you to complete, offering an opportunity to share your current challenges and aspirations.

Join an initial 60-minute session. We'll delve into your needs, discuss potential treatments, and address any questions you may have. This session also serves as a chance for us to determine if we're the right fit for working together.

We’ll dig into what’s holding you back, develop a clear plan to move you forward, and you’ll walk away with immediate action steps aimed at helping you feel better right away.

Based on your needs, we’ll meet weekly or biweekly. You’ll learn strategies to improve your mood, relationships, performance, health and any other goal we discovered during the previous sessions.

Periodically, we’ll review your treatment plan during session and assess where you’re at in meeting your goals. We’ll tweak things as needed to further improve your mood, performance, and overall well-being.
